The Eighth Global Standards Collaboration meeting (GSC-8), that included the Global Telecommunications Standards Collaboration (GTSC-1) and Global Radio Standards Collaboration (GRSC-1) meetings, was hosted by the Information and Communications Technology Standards Advisory Council of Canada (ISACC). This meeting focused on "Information on the Move".
Senior representatives of the world's leading radio, information and communications technologies standards organizations met 27 April through May 1, 2003, in Ottawa, Canada, in a continuing show of support for the world-wide communications standards development processes and a renewed commitment towards improving communication collaboration between their respective organizations.
